Fortunately Suez, the company responsible for installing the water counter, has responded rather quickly. After about a week of waiting they installed the counter.

On the same day the water supplier notified us about finishing their work the construction supervisor from MCA - Maison de la Côté Atlantique checked if everything is in place now.
