The first part of the moisture insulation of the foundation is done - unfortunately not continuously. There are some holes in the moisture insulation and in the terrace area the moisture insulation was made only on the upper stones - not continuous to the ground.

This absolutely does not meet our expectations. Due to the casually thrown garbage under our house and the unprofessional execution of the moisture insulation, we have lost a bit of trust in the workers employed here by Maisons de la Côte Atlantique (MCA).

Naturally, we reported this to the site manager. He assured us that the insulation work will be done down to the foundation. We are curious.
